LEVELVOX 505X CALCIUM ALUMINATE BASED Self­ Leveling Underlayment

Helps leveling floors prior to the installation of ceramic tile, natural stone, resilient flooring, carpet, wood and other floor coverings. This underlayment can be applied to 1/2” (1.27 cm) thick in one pour and seeks its own level in minutes.

Meets and Exceeds ASTM C1708 and ASTM C627 standards.

Levelling concrete slabs and cementitious screeeds.
Under wood, laminated parquet, carpet, PVC, linoleum and ceramic flooring.
Levelling existing concrete pavements, terrazzo, ceramic and natural stone.
Floors subject to high loads and heavy traffic like depots against dusting and abrasion.
Use with PRIMERVOX ACRYLIC 505P.
Can be spread in thicknesses up to 10 mm per coat without shrinkage, cracking or crazing.

Composition of Product
LEVELVOX 505X Self­ Leveling Underlayment dry blend of copolymers, CALCIUM ALUMINATE BASED cements and inorganic chemicals.

Limitations to the Product
The substrate must be solid, dry, free of dust, loose parts, paint, wax, oils, rust and traces of gypsum. Highly absorbent or smooth.
Do not bond directly to hardwood, Luan plywood, particle board, parquet, cushion or sponge-back vinyl flooring, metal, fiberglass or plastic.
