TECHPOLYVOX 111TP Tile Adhesive Paste D2TE

A premium quality, water dispersion based and acrylic, water resistant TECHPOLYVOX 111TP tile adhesive for any size natural stone or large format ceramic or porcelain tile 15” (38 cm) or larger on one or more sides, clay pavers or other thin or medium bed applications. With a non-slumping formula that reduces the chance for lippage and promotes level tile installations, TECHPOLYVOX 111TP can be applied in areas with intermittent water exposure such as tub surrounds and shower walls and for vertical and horizontal applications as thick as 3/4” (19 mm) or for thin bed applications to 1/4” (6 mm).

TECHPOLYVOX 111TP meets and Exceeds ANSI A108.4 and A136.1, Type 1 American National Standards for the Installation of Ceramic Tile standards without the need for additives

Tiling over
• Wood Surfaces (water-resistant plywood).
• Bathrooms and showers.

• Gypsum Board, plaster or backerboard.

Water resistant (is not recommended for installing tiles where water is constantly present (swimming pools, fountains) or over substrates subject to rising damp.)
Can be applied on vertical surfaces even for bonding of heavy tiles without sagging immediately holds wall tiles in place
Waterproofing & Bonding of tiles on existing ceramic tile, granite & Ceramic tiles in swimming pools, basins and any other wet places
TECPOLYVOX 111TP can be used for interior or exterior installations, including floors, countertops, walls, ceilings, wet surfaces, bathroom, kitchen, showers, fountains and pools.

Composition of Product
TECHPOLYVOX 111TP Proprietary blend of acrylic copolymers, calcium carbonate and inorganic materials.

Curing of Product
Curing time is affected by ambient and surface temperatures and humidity. Use the following as a guideline. Allow 24 hours before grouting and light traffic, and 7-10 days before heavy or vehicular traffic.
