THERMAVOX PLAST 305X is cement-based, modified polymer and chemicals added and high-strength a plaster mortar for thermal insulation panels.
THERMAVOX PLAST 305X can breathe and is resistant against negative weather conditions, water and shocks.
The product is high-strength thanks to the fibers in its content therefore formation of cracks and spalling is prevented.
Also it protects building from external factors (sun, wind, rain etc.) during outdoor application.

Areas of Usage
The product is used for all kind of thermal insulation panels in indoors and outdoors spaces of all buildings.

Limitations
The product should not be applied in rainy weather conditions, and the application surface should be preserved from rain for a period of 24 hours.
The product should not be applied on extremely windy weather conditions or on hot surfaces.
The surface and ambient temperature should be between + O5 and + 35 C.
Application surface should be free of oil, dirt, dust etc.
Product should be mixed by a 120RPM mixer.
Mixture must be used within 2 hours.
Any such substance (except water) should not be added to the mortar prepared.
The surface should be protected from external factors.
Due to its cement based content avoid breathing its powder, avoid skin and eye contact.
Protective clothes should be worn during application.
